Basinview Homesites

Nestled along a ridgeline with unparalleled views of Snowbasin Resort is the aptly named enclave Basinview Estates. With just seven new homesites that feel like they’re on top of the world, the view is more appropriately compared to the mountains of Austria or Switzerland than to anywhere in the Rocky Mountains.

Planned and developed with acute sensitivity and respect for the land, privacy from both wild and tame neighbors has been carefully considered. Some may claim “best views” but Basinview offers front row seats to the stark naked beauty of Snowbasin Resort and surrounding National Forest lands.
