Nanci - Real Estate Agent

Nanci Lifer literally cut her teeth in very cold weather, having grown up in rural Minnesota.  She’s been in sales her entire career with a long foray into Pharmaceutical Sales, and has also done professional voice over’s for major networks such as ABC and NBC.

She and her two children moved to the Ogden Valley in 2005 for a short assignment when her husband was transferred here. They absolutely fell in love with the scenery, mild climate and the friendly people, noticing that in the Ogden Valley, nobody is ever in a bad mood because they get to be HERE, in our little “Postcard”.  They were transferred back East but shortened that assignment after the pull of the Valley’s lifestyle became too great. They returned in 2008, and as Nanci puts it, “we’re here for good, this is home.”  She loves the quality of life and climate for raising her two young children.

You’ll often see her car going thru the drive-thru at Drew’s Coffee shop in Eden, where she’ll be picking up one of several daily Skinny Double Lattes.  On her rare escapes, she loves to sneak off to Las Vegas for a little gambling and gourmet fare, and always treasures time spent with her extended family, most of whom still reside in the Midwest.   She began her real estate career in property management, overseeing a portfolio of more than 100 properties throughout Northern Utah. She is a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota where she studied Marketing.
